Refund policy
The short version
If your benchmarks don't improve after completing the protocol, you get your money back. You keep the guide. No questions asked.
However, if you didn't follow every step of the protocol, or if your configuration isn't part of the compatible configuration list on the product page, the refund benefit doesn't apply to you.
How it works
Before you start, run 3 rounds of 5-minute benchmarks in your main competitive game using CapFrameX. Save those results.
After completing the full protocol, run the same benchmarks again the same way.
If the numbers don't move in a direction you're happy with, send us both sets of benchmarks and your order number. We'll review and refund you within 5 business days.
What counts as improvement
We don't use a fixed percentage because every system is different. What we look for is a measurable, visible difference between your before and after data. Could be average FPS, 1% low frametime, or input latency. If you ran honest benchmarks and can't see a difference, that's on us.
The fine print
You need to submit both before and after benchmark data. No benchmarks, no refund. This protects everyone.
The refund window is 30 days from purchase.
You need to have completed the full protocol. Skipping steps and then saying it didn't work doesn't count.
Your hardware needs to meet the requirements on the product page. If your CPU throttles during benchmarks because your cooling can't keep up, that's a hardware problem, not a protocol problem.
Digital product note
This is a digital product. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal normally ends once you've downloaded and accessed the content. But our guarantee goes beyond what the law requires. If the protocol doesn't deliver measurable results, you get a refund anyway.
How to request a refund
Email contact@fpsunleashed.store with your order number, both benchmark files, and a quick description of your setup (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version).
We respond within 24 hours. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
