Refund policy

All purchases for digital products are delivered electronically.

Payment is required in full before access to the guide is provided. After purchase, you receive access to download or view the digital product.

By purchasing, you agree that the guide is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, share, copy redistribute, or publicly publish the product or its contents.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing gabriel.sclavis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

If you experience a technical issue, non-delivery or trouble accessing the product, contact us at gabriel.sclavis@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
