What you're buying

FPS Unleashed v0.1 is a digital product. You get access to an interactive optimization protocol, installation media, and supporting tools. This is a one-time purchase for the current version (v0.1). Future updates are sold separately.

Your license

You can use FPS Unleashed on your own personal computers. That's it.

You cannot:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the protocol, installation files, or any included materials
  • Use it commercially (offering FPSU as a service to others, installing it on client machines, etc.)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the methodology for your own products
  • Upload the files to public forums, Discord servers, file sharing sites, or anywhere else accessible by others

If we find our content redistributed publicly, we reserve the right to revoke access.

The guarantee

Our refund policy is separate from these terms and takes priority where it applies. If your benchmarks don't show improvement after completing the full protocol, you're entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.

What we're not responsible for

FPS Unleashed modifies your operating system at a deep level. By purchasing and using this product, you accept that:

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before starting. We recommend a full system backup or at minimum saving important files to an external drive.
  • You are responsible for verifying your hardware meets the requirements. If your cooling is inadequate and your system throttles, that's a hardware limitation.
  • We are not liable for data loss, hardware issues, or any problems that arise from following or not following the protocol correctly.
  • The protocol is designed for specific hardware configurations. Results may vary on unsupported hardware.
  • We don't guarantee compatibility with every game, anti-cheat system, or software. If you're unsure, ask before buying.

Intellectual property

Everything in FPS Unleashed (the protocol, scripts, registry configurations, documentation, methodology) is our original work. It's protected by copyright. You bought a license to use it, not ownership of the content itself.

Updates

We release updates periodically. Each update is a separate purchase unless stated otherwise. Your v0.1 purchase does not entitle you to future versions for free. However, completing the protocol unlocks a discount coupon for future updates.

We may stop supporting a specific version at some point. We'll give at least 30 days notice before ending support for any version.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email (the one you used at checkout). Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be handled through the French legal system. Before going legal, please contact us first. We're reasonable people and prefer to sort things out directly.
